I spoke to owner about poor air quality as the indoor facility is overcrowded. From my team, we often said we may even faint as there is inadequate ventilation. When i took the issue to owner, he started hassling me for various reasons so that i do not come to play badminton. There was also a leak from the roof and one of our player fell in the court. We are not able to find an alternative court for badminton in our area so i am forced to put up with this. On the roof there are AC unit which are always turned off. Melati Mas will only turn it on during inspection so you can only find proof if there is a sudden visit. On the ground there are 1 small fan on every other court blowing hot air. I can not take a photographic evidence for air quality but there will be a incedence of a major fatality like stroke or related respiratory issue in this indoor sport facility. We are a team of 8 and payments are made by a different person than myself.Business response

Other customers will attest that we take the safety and wellbeing of our patrons very seriously and that we have one of the cleanest and safest gyms in the industry. We do not recall any interaction with this specific complainant. However, there was 1 non-payment incident with a person with the same last name, who refused to comply with our policy, and we had asked the person to leave. There is no truth in the complaints brought forward and we hope that the Better Business Bureau will do diligent investigations to validate the credibility of the complaints before posting them on the internet and causing damages to our goodwill. We invite any officials from your office and from other authorities to visit our gym at any time and day.

I am rejecting this response because:It is absolutely disgraceful of you to say that my last name matches with one non payment incidence. It demonstrates your recent behaviour pattern with my fellow team members as every single of them said that 'Richard' is very disrespectful towards us whenever we brought any issue towards him. Rather than addressing my concern you continue to dismiss which is similar to complaint management in your google reviews.
Just because your customer raised a complaint does not mean that you have to dismiss it right away. My advise to you will be to treat your customer with the respect they deserve. Your behaviour shows that you are not open to improvement and you do not care about your customer base as you feel there is no competition near by.
The other thing is your parking. I will take this issue with the City if i have to. Please install lightings as there is not a single light bulb in the whole of parking area.
Finally, To me it does not matter anymore if you take my feedback or not so no response is required.
