We hired splashworks to complete exterior waterproofing on Dec. 7th 2021 . We chose them as we are familiar with exterior waterproofing and they used the materials we like as well as a 30 year warranty. Although tricky, they insisted in being paid by etransfers and they recieved the last etransfer on the last day of the work. We were so excited to finally move ahead with finishing our basement, we completed the flooring. 3 days after the waterproofing was complete, we had a leak that spanned half of the area they worked on. We had to remove the flooring. We called Dave, he came over and said it's no problem and that they will fix it from the inside. After that, we didn't get an appointment for weeks. Dave claimed his phone broke.we called both number we found. We reached out to Ron and finally got an appointment. Then he canceled on us the day before. This now has happened 3 times where we reach out to Dave, Ron and their customer service wait weeks, get a cancelation either the night before the appointment or morning of. This has been going on for about 2months now. I am literally in tears at this point after having spent 10.5k and 3 days later have a leaky basement. We also haven't been able to complete the basement for fear of another leak. I have never had such bad customer service from a contractor and don't know what to do next. Please help, *****
