We made reservation for an 8 seater pontoon boat for Sunday August 6th for 3:15 pm for 6 hours - reservation was made 3 days ago. We drove over 2 hours from Oshawa and other family with us drove from Mississauga and reached there at 3 pm (15 minutes before our booked time). They checked us in, got the waiver to sign, took security deposit for damages and then asked us to wait for our time. We were sitting right in front of the cabin. We waited till 4 pm and went back to the booking office and they told us that there has been confusion and the boat was either double booked or was given to another customer who were in a larger group. We had to drive back 4 hours to get back home and spoiled out whole Sunday. We would like a written apology and compensation for the time and day wasted. We sent them email very same night and have had no response from them yet.
