C & H poured our driveway in September 2020, however did a bad pour and the driveway has a large hump down the middle, and concrete is graded towards the house causing water to run and pool along the house. They also poured too high, to the height of the foundation, where water is coming in to the basement due to the poor grading. We were told at the time they would not be able to replace until spring 2021, but would finish work parging around house and stairwell, and fix stairwell steps. This work was not completed in 2020 as we were told. In spring 2021 we were told we had to pay in full for the warranty to cover them replacing driveway (despite them doing a bad pour and causing the issue, and not finishing other work in 2020). They promised us they would be finishing our remaining work of parging and stairwell steps, and repouring the driveway in May 2021. We reluctantly agreed to pay as we just wanted our job finally fixed and completed. To this day, remaining work and repouring of driveway has not been completed. (December 9, 2021) There is water leaking into the basement due to the water pooling and running along the side of our house. We have spoken to many basement foundation/sealing companies who all agree the only way to fix that water coming in is to have the driveway lowered to the original level and graded away from the house. We have been consistently attempting to reach them to find out why our work has not been completed, and to let them know about water coming in the basement. We have had no communication except a text from Tanya telling us the owner Jon would call, yet he has not attempted to reach us in any way. We are reaching out for help in resolving this as it has caused us a great deal of stress, frustration, and anxiety, and many tears. We would like our money back for the botched driveway, and the rest of the work (parging, stairwell) they have not completed even though we have paid them the full balance.
