I purchased a car from Lauria Hyundai Dec 14 2021. They were super friendly and making me feel I was getting what we talked about so when the forms came to sign the salesperson Dion F***** was talking to me and just pointing out where to sign and initial without any clarification. I know this is my own fault for not reading the contract before signing but they cheated me. Dion agreed to the $4000 and to also throw in snow tires. When he gave the proposal to Gabe S*****, Gabe changed the trade in value to $2500 and charged me for snow tires. $|090. When I was looking at my contract at home I realize what they pulled and went to confront them. I said I wanted my trade in vehicle back and they said they sold it. He was lieing to my face. They didn't even ask me for my ownership so I brought it in at closing time the night before.. After blatanly lieing to me and talking in circles the conversation got heated and they actually called the police on me and slapped a no trespass order on me. * ** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ***** * ** * ****** ******* *** **** ******* **** ********* ** *** I know it is my fault for not reading the contract before signing but | trusted Dion. I have reviewed this transaction and discussed it with my team. While I am disappointed that they are unhappy, the deal was negotiated, accepted and finalized in good faith by the customer. The final price and payment on the final purchase agreement at delivery are exactly what was agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer, by her own admission, wasn't even paying attention to what she was signing but now feels so strongly that she was wronged that she has taken to social media to attempt to damage our reputation. * **** **** **** ** ******** ********** ***** ****Customer response

***** ****** ****** ****************************** ***** ********* ******* *** **** **** ** *** ***** ******* ********************** ******** *** ***** * ********** ****** Regarding my claim and the response from Lauria Hyundai, I am not satisfied with their response. At least I am expecting a rerpayment
for my winter tires which I got charged for. Dion said they would put the amount on my bill for inventory purposes and take it off somewhere else.
Well when Dion was asked if he said this to me, he said nothing, probably to save face. When I signed to contract I did see the charge there but
when we had our heated meeting the guy who wrote up the deal was not informed of this and it was not taken off elsewhere. They can say what they want but this was bad business.
Yes, I posted my experience on social media. What do they expect!
Hoping we can resolve this with the tire repayment. I'll let the price they gave me for my car stay as is but I feel I am entitled to the Winter
Tire money back. I would never had purchased winter tires except they were supposed to be free.

As previously indicated, the final price (payment) is exactly what the customer agreed to when purchasing the vehicle. The final breakdown of each number on the Sales Contract is somewhat irrelevant to the overall transaction price. Any adjustment thereafter would simply be renegotiating the deal after the fact. In my personal and professional opinion, that is unacceptable behavior for either party. I am considering this matter closed on my end. The customer has a beautiful new vehicle equipped with a winter tire and rim package for the agreed upon amount of money. I'm disappointed that the customer is unhappy and we will carefully consider any part of this transaction/interaction that we could have done better. Ultimately though, the deal is what was agreed upon and is fair. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I still want money back for the winter tires. ***** **** ** ** ***** ***** **** **** *** ***** When we had our meeting the guy who writes up the offer asked Dion if he did say this. I’ve said this before but he did not say a word. What dion told me was the tires expense would show up on the contract but taken off somewhere else. Said it was for inventory. When we had our meeting I asked the guy who approves deals, to show me where the amount had been deducted and he had no idea what I wasthey say this complaint is closed on their end, well not on my end
Sincerely,
