On June 2, 2020 we employed ARMOUR Bathtub Refinishing North Bay to paint our red bathtub white. This service and experience was positive. On September 26, 2022 I asked **** (via text) to come through on his warranty promise because the white paint had not held up and it needed to be touched up. He did not respond. On September 27, 2022 he told me to “contact ***** *******, Armour PC...he owns the company.” I went back and forth between the 2 people and apparent companies, both saying each other are not responsible and the other is lying to me. This type of back and forth including screenshots of one another’s words and including a photo of the Master Business License has been shared with me. The invoice and warranty I received with my contract is attached. I have actually had the issues repaired by “*** *****” from Armour Bathtub Refinishing Barrie, as he was recommended by ***** ******* to fix the problem, only to find out he is apparently not working for the original contractor (extremely similar business names) and so he cannot provide warranty (invoice attached also). I do believe this is scandalous and there IS a business responsible for this concern and out of principle, this absolutely needs to be rectified (I would be happy with an IOU for the next touchup that will inevitably be needed, or a refund for the proportionate warranty amount, as agreed upon).
