We received our first oil delivery mid-January, after they did the in-home inspection of the tank/furnace (they said everything looked fine, nothing seemed wrong; we were ready for a delivery). Cool. We received our delivery, which supposedly was full-tank ($750+). Something seemed wrong. It kept shutting off and the house was too hot at 15. We told them this. They said that they'll send a technician to do a bleeding start, and that should fix the problem. They sent the technician. We paid for that. In 2 weeks, oil tank's empty. We call them. They charge us for ANOTHER bleeding start, and send a technician and charge us for it AGAIN. They say that there's a valve issue. First technician call couldn't figure it out? They said that they fixed it and that we need a furnace cleaning done. They do that, and charge us again. $$$ stacking up at this point, getting super hard to afford. The overheating seems to be resolved, but it seems to shut down on its own still. After they supposedly resolve the problem, we get another delivery. This time, of around $300... except, it fills less than quarter of the tank. Hmm? Oil prices went up THAT much in TWO WEEKS? Think not. Compare the price of oil on the 2 delivery dates. Nope. Not that much of a difference. Looks like they may have delivered less than they charged us for? Called regarding the issue. Oil is still depleting too quickly. Sent a technician and charged us AGAIN. They say the issue should be fixed. The furnace isn't shutting down anymore. Ok, we think the issue is resolved. Oil almost runs out again. We get a delivery again. Less than quarter tank again, approximately same charge as last time. We get ANOTHER technician visit. Said that the motor was at the end of its life. They change it, and looks like they charged us. Paid. This was just last week, and the tank is back to around the 0 mark again. $2300+ later in ONE MONTH (the first delivery was on the week of Jan 17th). STILL NO RESOLUTION. UNACCEPTABLE.Business response
