***** ****** and staff are very unprofessional. She gave the "new" gate key to an ex friend of mine who has been stalking me. This ex woman friend who I never dated and never would also changed my address without permission and started paying my fees without permission, ***** ****** allowed this. She also called me about owing 25 cents interest because I had to send a bank draft ,because they don't honour most major bank or credit cards. I was also escorted off of the premises by a man named **** after paying my latest bill for Dec 2022 which I have a receipt for. I had to deal with a woman named "***", she had no name tag and when I asked her last name she responded "***" and started giggling when I produced the key she had given this ex friend of mine, which has my last name on it. I asked how many keys are out there? I have another key that I was given when I paid the Nov 2022 bill in person I might add. I had to return in person to straighten this mess out and I dealt with ***** ****** on that occasion and told her how unprofessional this situation is. Also I was told by ***** ****** when I signed the contract for this storage unit on July 15th 2021 that I did not need insurance on this unit. I asked her specifically and she assured me that these units are insured, imagine my surprise when "***" informed me that they are not insured. This is after "***" took my $79.10 which I most certainly made sure that I got a receipt for because I paid in cash. I am enclosing two documents that were emailed to me, one is the original contract I signed with ***** ******. Another is some form that I certainly did not see when I opened this account, it basically says that this company meaning Mack MacKenzie motors can enter my unit at any time and remove what they see fit to pay an "outstanding" bill. I would have put insurance on my unit first thing, if I hadn't been lied to. I'm afraid I may have been robbed. Please contact me by email. Thank you for your time ***** *****
