I payed this day care a total cash payment of $ 884 so that I could book summer care at the facility. I asked for a receipt and was given an in-proper receipt so I asked for a proper one. I was told I could get a tax receipt using the online website ************* I proceeded to check my account and there is no tax receipt available, so I let them know this. I was provided a written tax receipt which states Jan 2022-Dec2022. I asked them to provide a proper one showing the days I payed for as my children didn't attend full time and a new order which was in place needed to reflect this. July, August, September, October, November and December hasn't even happened yet so how are you able to provide this. I asked them to look into this and they still have not.
