Ordered off invoice #****** 2 cases of ****** butter pecan meal replacement shake for our disabled child in start of July 2023 were missing and were told they were on back order. I waited almost a month for an ETA to when we will get them. We finally talk on the phone and say if there is no butter pecan just please send chocolate ****** instead right away. Today we get a box and packing slip with 1 case of VANILLA ****** stating another one was to be shipped still. We did not order vanilla. We did not order chocolate originally either, we just asked them for chocolate in lieu of no communication on when we would get butter pecan. We dont want the vanilla shake, we want them to have a carrier pick it up at their cost and deliver us the chocolate ****** shakes. I was looking for a dental item electric toothbrush. I was looking online and found an item that I was looking for that was reduced in price. I bought the item, when I received the item I noticed that on the box or anywhere else it did not mention anything about the number of where the most recent item was at. I bought the **** * electric toothbrush *** * and thats what I thought I received. But opening the box I noticed that number one there was suppose to be 2 or 3 extra brushes there is only one there. Two there was no indication this was ****** *, no ****** * anywhere on the box inside, on the brush itself, extra one brush, little instruction it came with nothing. I then looked at the little slip, warranty, at the bottom of it's box. I saw that the item was a trial or something to that effect. I immediately called the business. When talking to one of the sales person, ***** I ended having an argument with him telling me that this is the real item. I told him that this says that this is a trial version and that I do not want it. Anyways at the end he told me to send the item back. We agreed that he would send a self addressed label in which to return the item. I went to *** with the item, closed the box and gave them the item to deliver back. Week went by and I was wondering what was going on with my item as I never received a notice or refund from them. When calling I spoke to ***** who told me they did not receive the item and to check the tracking number. When checking the tracking number at *** I saw that they in fact did receive the item on December 7th at 10:45 am. I then called them back with this information and speaking with another gentleman, told him that they received the item. He then told me that they will not give me a refund that I opened the box. I told him I opened it to see what I was getting? We argued about this, * **** *** **** ** * ******* ******** ** * ** *** ********* **** ** **** * *** ****** *** ** **** *********** he then asked me if I wanted the item I said no I want a refund.
