I ordered and paid for 70 masks, 50 black and 20 blue, for $112.17. I received the 20 blue masks but only 10 black masks. I took photographs and filled out their online form, including my order number and this very simple issue. I received a voicemail requesting "clarification" from an employee that did not leave a return phone number, and despite the fact that nothing could possibly be unclear. I called back, left a message, filled out their online form again, sent two direct emails to their "****@**********.com" and then another two emails to "*******@**********.com". I have been met with radio silence. I just want the 40 further masks that I paid for.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 5, 2022/02/03) */ Coincidentally, or maybe not, I did hear back from Canada Masq the next day after I filed my complaint with you. A week later and I finally have a tracking number for the completion of my order. I consider the complaint concluded. Thank you for your assistance.
