Purchased (and charged for) masks on January 10, 2022. Received email on January 26, 2022 thanking me for my continued partnership and patience. I have sent emails asking when I can expect delivery and do not get any response. This company has charged for products not received .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/14) */ ********************************************************************************************************************** Hi, Due to the sudden increase in demand for N95 Masks following the uptake in cases due to the Omicron strand of COVID-19, we were forced to take backorders on certain products, which was outlined on our website for customers to know prior to purchase. Since then, we have sent multiple emails to keep our customers updated on the matter and the ETA of their orders, but since our suppliers are on a strict allocation-basis and healthcare providers take priority, we have not received shipments in quite some time. However, customers have been kept informed about the matter and have the option of a full refund if their order has not yet been shipped, which again has been outlined in our email updates we have been sending to customers with pending/outstanding orders. We have thoroughly checked all email outlets to find an email from said customer; however, have no record of ever being contacted by them. We believe there must be some sort of technologically related discrepancy that led to this miscommunication since we never received an email from them and vice versa. Since emails are causing inconvenience, if the customer contacts us via phone call instead, we can immediately rectify the situation by offering an alternative product or full refund.
