I had a very bad experience at Richmond hill location. I took my car in for an oil change and a recall service on my backup camera. An hour or so after drop off, I received a phone call from them saying that my car needed some additional service. they said its a safety risk. Turns out they just inspected and cleaned my brakes and found no issues, but charged me about $ 350 for it. It doesn't stop there, as soon as I turned on my car, I saw the monitor is not working, no connection to my phone, no screen, no backup camera (the reason for recall), nothing ! When I told them about the issue they called the head office and said let's wait a couple of days and if it doesn't turn on, bring it in for us to fix it. Nothin happened after 2 days. I called the rep that I spoke to but she kept dodging my calls and not returning them. Finally I had to take time off during work last Saturday to go there in person. I spoke to the manager and mentioned this is a major safety risk for me since all my connectivity is lost. He said the car needed a part that was on backorder and there's nothing we can do After much discussion, he said we will call you on Monday to bring the call in and give you a rental car until the part comes in. no call from them this week until I called them again! Then they said since the part is coming in next Tuesday (8 days after the day they were supposed to give me a rental car and more than 2 weeks after the first service), we will not give you a rental and we'll just wait for Tuesday. Even then, when I said will you give me a shuttle to work on Tuesday when I bring my car in, they said your work is too far and we can't give you a shuttle ***** It's unbelievable what has happened to the customer service at this company. **** **** ** ** ** ********** *** *** *** ******** ********* *** *** ******** *** ***** ******* *** ***** ************ **** ******** ***** *** ********* **** ******** ** ******* ***** ** *** ******
