Aqua Armour was hired to do work in my garage, back patio, window wells, sidewalk, fence and garden wall. He demanded 60% deposit and then further payments just prior to the scheduled work and after each stage. Garage was done in May 2023 but not level on one side which has ruined gasket and garage door does not close - still waiting for repair. Patio was poured in June 2023, back step not done properly so needs grinding and patching. Have been promised this to be done many times...still waiting. Piles of waste concrete lying around the yard so cannot get lawn mower out. Material left here that has nothing to do with my job. Same for equipment lying around. To that point $7,800 paid. As fence was damaged by his bobcat going back and forth to backyard and my patio stone walkway was crushed by his machines, we decided to do a concrete walkway and also redo the window wells. I bought new fence posts and was quoted $130/post to replace the fence (14 post holes) a further $2000 was paid to cover progress for window wells and for fence deposit. They put 5 in but never returned to do the rest despite being promised at least 4 times they would come on a certain day. When I call on the promised day I am normally told he is away until Sunday or on holidays or his car is in the shop. Now it is the end of August and I need other contractors to come work on my eaves troughs and facia/soffits but they cannot work as there are piles of concrete about. He promised to restore my front and back yard (remove debris, reseed, new top soil) as my yard front and back is a mess This needs to be done before the end of September or my plants will be completely lost.

      - We ask them to provide us a quote. They did in the amount of $6,400.00. We gave them $2,560.00 right away as per contract and then we gave them $2,340.00 as per contract. Things were fine since they were doing job really well. We ended up giving them $1,500.00 last payment because they said that they will come a week after to finish pouring the asphalt. Its been 2.5 months and they have not come to fix the driveway. They put the gravel down and left it like that for months. Our young kids have gotten hurt multiple times because the base is uneven and our kids are 6 and 3 years old. The young one cannot judge the level and has fallen many times. We have given all $6,400.00 and the work is not complete. They said that they will give our $1,400.00 back in cash and then we have to sign the release form since they will be contracting this service from another business. They keep lying to us about the dates and now as per last conversation, they were going to bring the cash on Aug 26th and for us to sign the release form. They are not responding to our emails, calls and messages. We need the cash back so that I can call other more competent company to come and finish the driveway. This is so unethical and unprofessional. *** should not register such companies. Giving this much stress and pain to a customer should result of taking their license to work. My sincerely request is for *** to step in and help the customers because we have young kids and we have loans and mortgage and daycare for the kids. We cannot afford to waste money like this. We work hard to make money and the businesses like Aqua Amour Contracting should be mindful. If this doesn't remediate then my next step would be to get a lawyer and file a law suit. its a small amount but it matters to us and we will not stop until this business goes under or resolve issues in a timely manner. I hope I have provided enough information. Thanks.

Contracted Aqua Armour May 12 to begin a pool deck hardscape project. July 1st Aqua Armour walked off an incomplete job having extorted 90% of the payment I have been left with 75% of the job done and I am unable to contact AA. The most unprofessional amateur contractor ever. My remediation quote is 3x the cost of the contract!.
