    Our pool was installed August 19, 2022. My kids swam in the pool for a couple of weeks and had said that there was something sharp in one spot. September 10th I get in and discover the sharp area which felt like a broken stick/root poking the lining. I texted the business contact phone number which reaches ***** *******. The text message was responded to on Sept 17th. It was agreed that they would come and close the pool and address the ‘root poking up’ issue. October 14th I was contacted via text and, “Good morning, you will need a winter cover and we’ll drain the pool, add chemicals, drain water from the lines and put the cover on. We will also address the stick under the liner.” The crew came to close the pool and we’re supposed to address the stick/root under the liner. The crew claimed they weren’t told to deal with the liner at all and were just here to close the pool. The workers on the crew claimed there is miscommunication between the bosses and them all the time. We asked them to phone their boss right away to clear this up. As I expressed, the installation warranty is short and I believed that the company was going to “screw me” if there was a problem like a hole in the liner. The crew worker got the ***** ******* or *** ***** to put in writing that they were going to “return in the first two weeks of May 2023 to drain the pool and rectify the issue with a possible root under the liner. Any actual damage occurring from the root over the winter will be our liability.” They didn’t even investigate. I was expecting for them to have remedied that day such as draining the pool. They only partially closed the pool but leaves on the bottom were left. when I enquired I was told that the leaves “would be fine”. The problem that with leaving the leaves is that they will stain the liner. They also didn’t bring or add chemicals. The closing pool invoiceis due Nov 17th. They have ghosted my text and voicemail messages to finish closing the pool.
