We highly recommend JKB for window coverings. We ordered roller shades for a handful of windows after our cat ate through most of the cords on our cheap first time home buyer blinds. SIgh. We contacted ******** and he was always a delight to work with. He was willing to come over to take measurements right away. and he is very easy going and friendly on the phone and in person. COVID delayed the delivery of some items, and ******** was very patient when i would ask for updates every few weeks. We were very excited when we finally got the message that they were ready to install - ******** even came over on a holiday to install them. It only took about 20 - 25 minutes to do. They look so good (letting in light while keeping our home private) and they are easy to pull down and up. our cats do not bother with them. We liked those so much we decided to order more for the other windows! haha! IT was an easy decision because it meant we got to talk with ******** again. now we finally have all our windows covered and we are very satisfied, and comforted that there is a life-time warranty.
