We hired San Jose to restore our concrete pool. They sent a crew to diamond grind and chemically treat the pool which went fine. The next crew came to reset the coping around the pool, patch the concrete and paint. On their website, and confirmed by one of the workers ******* it states that they will tap test for hollow parts under the coping by performing tap test. This was not completed and now our coping is uneven. There are sharp pieces of concrete mortar in the pool. We had to call them back multiple times to touch up the paint as it wasn't done properly and it was a struggle to have them complete this. Now I still have questions and I want the coping fixed but they will not respond to my multiple messages via text, email and phone. They say they have a warranty, but it does not seem like that will be upheld. I am uncertain what my resolution should or could be, but I would like suggestions. **Update Aug 31** We have made contact with the business; however, the warranty is being denied and we have been insulted numerous times. I see the business has not responded to you either. We will be seeking legal action against this business as the paint is now cracking in our pool. The owner claims it is the paint (provided by ******** ******* but ******** ******** rep has stated it is not the paint failing but the application. ********************************************************************************************************************* If you have any other suggestions for us, please advise.
