I have tried everything for the last 6 weeks to get anyone to respond . We had our pool redone in August of last year. When we opened the pool we had a few minor issues.. We still do. At this point I'll fix the issues if the would just respond to give us a few tip..like where to get the paint.. or can the supple it...I have mentioned that they just need to send us a text. To top it off our pool has lost its shine as it's coming off on our skin. We have the invoice ssying 8 year warranty.. Disappointed for sure as didn't have the money during covid but felt our home was an investment and pool was important. I should of shopped around but felt confident that were trustworthy at the time.

Unfortunately this review is inaccurate. We had contacted ***** back many times to schedule a touch-up date. The address is a bnb and they had canceled a scheduled appointment to address these minor issues. They canceled because they had clients at the time. We tried many times to get in touch after their first concern but did not receive call backs or returned emails .From that point forward we were booked and busy for the season and we told them this. They should not have canceled or to come up with an alternative date as our season fills up extremely fast. We did not hear back from them until now with this bbb email. We don't take kindly to ******** ********** * false reviews to suit their schedule which both lead to warranty void. We have availability in July 1 to 5 2023 to asses their pool issue on site. The reason for the chalking coming off on the feet is a direct result from shock to high, to much shock between clients to clear the pool ,chlorine, bromine and calcium levels. All of which are pool home owner negligence or inexperience and we state on our website this is not covered under company guarantees or product warranty. However if they choose they would still like us to come by and have a look we can do that for them as we bend over backwards for all of our clients to keep them happy. Availability July 1 to 5 2023.
