I purchased a hoody through their website which was a faulty listing. The item received does not match images or description, and the company has made claims that they will provide me a return label to return the product, along with a refund, however, it's been 2 days now I haven't heard back from them.Customer response

Good Morning
Mr M***** places two order with us, same item, in different sizes. The first order was placed on Aug 29 and shipped Aug 30. He requested a return, which we completed with a refund to his credit card on September 9. The next order he placed for the same item was delivered Sept 10, the return label was sent on Sept 13 and the refund was completed to the credit card on September 20th. Both times the item he received is the same as the item on the website. The customer has received his refund for both orders.
