On May 8, 2023 DeGroot's Nurseries began a landscape renovation involving large rocks on our next door neighbours property. I pointed out to the landscaper our underground watering was there on our property. They removed sod on our property and exposed our underground watering system and Fiber Optic line. They proceeded to finish the project placing large rock and stone on our property. My husband and I went to DeGroot"s Nursery and spoke to **** ****** the next day. We provided a land survey certificate that indicated they had landscaped on our property that we have owned for 39 years We were told the project manager for the job would look into it and get back to us. A week later we went back out and spoke to **** ******* again since we had not heard anything. We over heard **** ******* the owner speaking in the office about our concern. He said the neighbour told them she had lived there for 20 years and it was her property and our fence is on her property. She would get a survey done. **** came out and told us they don't get involved with boundary disputes and there is nothing they can do. We had a survey completed July 24 th by Montheith &Sutherland. The landscaping is on our property and we have a bill for approximately $3000 dollars coming. DeGroot's tear up property without a survey and told us they can eye ball the property line. Due to their pious arrogance and lack of professional integrity we have a huge expense caused by this company and have had no access to our underground water since May8, 2023. In addition access to our utility meters and air conditioning unit has been severely hampered. On our second visit we asked to speak to **** ******* the owner as we saw him in the office. He did not have the curstesy to speak with us. At no time did the project manager follow through and address our concerns with us. We approached them three times and did not receive any satisfaction. At one point **** ******* laughed at us which was definitely humiliating.
