I purchased a set of tires from Mr. **** on October 28th 2023. Less than a week later I come outside to find one of my tires fully flat. I went to the location and they sorted it out. The following week the other tire is fully flat so I go back to the location and ask if they can spray my tires for air leaks. I am told that they are valve stem leaks. I asked how they could know without spraying and Im told they reused the valve stems from my previous tires. I ask them to switch them and I am told I would have to pay for a tire repair. After refusing, ** told they cannot fix because of a wheel lock nut. Fast forward through the winter to May 11 I find 2 massive bubbles on my side wall in the morning so I come into the location where I am told that the tire is under warranty and to come in monday for replacement. They took off my rim no problems put on my spare and send me on my way. Monday I receive a call that ******** will not cover the warranty, was accused of hitting a curb or something, and I would be responsible for purchasing a new one. I have left feedback on the MR LUBE website without any response months ago and have been turned around by both Mr Lube locations about my leaking tire all winter long. Less than ****** kilometres. I was told to call ******** to work something out for the warranty. I dont believe its my responsibility to make sure the company receives their money from ********. I brought my vehicle to Mr. **** specifically so I wouldnt be responsible for the service and so the service would be done properly. Reusing valve stems from old tires when they cost so little is not doing work properly.Business response
