            Date of transaction was April 25 2023. For the plan they call TSN Direct, i paid 199.90 plus 25.99 tax for a total of 225.89. The reason i purchased a plan with them was because they offered *** as well as *** in which i am mostly interested in. After paying for the plan i soon realized that i could not watch any live hockey or baseball games. I contacted TSN at 1-833-8764357 and was hung up on my first try. On my next call i was told the games are blacked out but TSN was trying to get a license to obtain them. The only help i received was an email from ****@***.ca thanking me for contacting them and telling me to go to certain websites to check *** schedules and as far as *** playoffs, they still haven't acquired licensing rights. I feel i have been mislead and should get a refund since i have not watched any games they offer. Another thing, i as a paying customer should not have to go to a different website in order to see what scheduled, it should already there when one opens the app. My order number is *********.

            TSN does not care about it's customers at all ....the help line is TERRIBLE ! If people are there to HELP you and EXPLAIN things the they have to be able to speak ENGLISH very well [ or French etc if that's needed ] Also, they have almost no regard for the Canadian ****** fans ... They don't show the Trucks racing or much of the qualifying . No Supercross racing and like this weekend they cancelled the scheduled showing of the ****** Xfinity Race because of March Madness Basketball, Curling etc.etc.We are paying for 5 or 6 TSN Channels ... you think they could find a spot for the racing....it's a waste of time and the help line is NO help. Probably end up cancelling and getting a couple of ****** apps.
