Date of transaction was April 25 2023. For the plan they call TSN Direct, i paid 199.90 plus 25.99 tax for a total of 225.89. The reason i purchased a plan with them was because they offered *** as well as *** in which i am mostly interested in. After paying for the plan i soon realized that i could not watch any live hockey or baseball games. I contacted TSN at 1-833-8764357 and was hung up on my first try. On my next call i was told the games are blacked out but TSN was trying to get a license to obtain them. The only help i received was an email from ****@***.ca thanking me for contacting them and telling me to go to certain websites to check *** schedules and as far as *** playoffs, they still haven't acquired licensing rights. I feel i have been mislead and should get a refund since i have not watched any games they offer. Another thing, i as a paying customer should not have to go to a different website in order to see what scheduled, it should already there when one opens the app. My order number is *********.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a trial of tsn go and used it for a short time. I did not find as much use for it as I thought I would. I forgot to cancel the auto renewing subscription and on the day they took the money out of my account, I asked them to reimburse me and cancel the subscription. They would not.Initial Complaint

Sports net/******* has pretty much the monopoly on *** hockey on TV. They charge for their stream services. Close to $300 dollars for the year. I have confirmation from there tech support department that there is a problem with there software/app. This has been a pro lemon for a very long time atleast 3-4 months. They will not refund money only within the first 5 days of purchase. The problem with there service is, while trying to watch a hockey game it continues to freeze and buffer. Constantly freezing for 10 -40 seconds every 30 seconds or minute. They are not selling what is advertised!!!
