I started my 1 month subscription for the circle k premium car wash starting on February 8th and expiring on March 9th. I have terminated my renewal for having received no response or contact from customer service. I left a voicemail and sent an email. Although I received an auto response stating someone would get back to me shortly, I didn't get any response. I am suppose to be entitled to one premium car wash per day and although I don't use it everyday, I am not ever able to get a carwash at any circle k carwash. The clerks at all the locations tell me to contact customer service. Everytime I call *************** I follow the automated system in attempt to make a complaint about my service. Once transfered to customer service for the circle k car wash, I wait in Que and then I get a voicemail several minutes later. I left a voicemail on my 1st complaint and only received an email offering a free car wash code valid for 30days. **** ******** *** ************* *** *************** The issue was not ever address or resolved and I continue to get the same error message at the same gas station where the circle k carwash is. I taken all the videos and pictures for proof of the issue. **The location at Merivale road is always broken down and out of service. They block off the car wash with a Pylon and it remains for days or weeks indicating that its either broken down or is currently being maintained.** **The location at Gladstone and Bank st is always displaying error message, code is not authorized.** ***** ******** ** ***** **** ** ** ************** ** ********** ***** ******** ******** *** ************-----My paid subscription has not been given to the terms of the agreement and I deem the service as not rendered. I will be issuing a dispute charge to my credit card provided if they choose to not refund me for the amount of $90.39.
