            My daughter wanted **** ****** merchandise with her birthday money last October 2020. We placed the order on approximately October 23 and they sent me finally a shipment email that it shipped on December 1st. We did not receive until mid December and it was the wrong size sweatshirt and no sweatpants! I emailed approx 7 times and kept getting generated responses from Bill J. 3x saying he will contact me and also asked for my phone number which was on the email signature but I emailed back within 5 minutes with it again typing it in the comments and no call. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service or resolution and we just want her money back immediately for this almost year long process for just a sweatshirt and sweatpants for $123.37

            Just received a sweatshirt that was over $100.00 and took a month to ship miraculously after filing an investigation with my bank.

            The lettering on the sweatshirt is very poor and I would be embarrassed to even wear in public especially for what this company portrays.

            A nursery school class could create something better

            Emailed and*** messaged on how to go about a refund. Although contacting this company is like pulling teeth
