      I PURCHASE A SOFA SET ON NOV 10/2023 AND PAID $500 AS A DEPOSIT FROM DANNY FURNITURE AND MATTRESSES BRAMPTON LOCATION. INVOICE #*********. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WAS TWO WEEKS AS PER THE INVOICE. AFTER THREE WEEKS I RECEIVE A CALL TO PAY THE OWING AMOUNT IN FULL$1700 SO THAT WITHIN THREE DAYS THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED. NO DELIVERY TILL TODAY DEC 28/2023. NUMEROUS CALL WAS MADE TO THE STORE AND DELIVERY DEPARTMENT WITH NO REASON WHY THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY AS I DO NOT TRUST DOING BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR A DELIVERY DATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

      Purchase date:September 24, 2023. We purchased a 3 seat couch and a 2 seat love couch, it was delivered on October the 6. Th there was damage to the love seat and we contacted the company and followed the instructions as per on the website. To send an email with your invoice and pictures of the couch which we did a week later. They picked up the couch 2 weeks later. We received the couch back damaged was not repaired. They claimed they knew nothing about this and they thought it was repaired. They left the couch. It took them another week to pick up the couch. And I've been waiting as of today's December. The seventh and I still have not received my couch. I have called the service line multiple times a day. And they are flat out now. Refusing to take my call. Nobody knows anything. I do not know where my couch is..

      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent purchase of love seat and 3 seat sofa set from your esteemed furniture company. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that necessary actions can be taken to resolve the situation.

      In September 2023, I visited your showroom and purchased a love seat and 3 seat sofa set. Initially, I was impressed by its design and quality, and I had high expectations for its performance. However, upon delivery and subsequent use, I have encountered several issues that have greatly affected my satisfaction with the product.

      Firstly, upon unpacking the product, I noticed visible scratches, cuts, damaged seats and staples on various parts of the furniture. These imperfections significantly detract from the overall aesthetic appeal and undermine the quality associated with your brand. This lack of attention to detail is highly disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the item.

       

      Furthermore, the customer service experience has been less than satisfactory. Upon contacting your customer service department consistently for 3.5 months, I was met with a significant delay in response. Additionally, the representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me in resolving the issues with my purchase. This lack of attentiveness further compounds my frustration.

      As a customer, I believe it is only fair for me to request a resolution to these issues. I kindly request that you take the following actions:

      1. Replace the damaged parts of the Loveseat or provide a suitable alternative solution to rectify the visual imperfections.
      2. Improve the responsiveness and quality of your customer service department to better assist customers with their concerns. 

      I would like to request a partial refund for a love seat that was replaced 3 times and still has damage on the seat.

      We have purchased a set of furniture (3 pc, sofa, love seat and Chair) from Danny's furniture and Matters home decor on September 13,2021 (invoice number is ********). The promise delivery time based on what the salesperson wrote on the receipt was 6-7 weeks as it was supposed to be Canadian made. This promise was never fulfilled and till today (December 23,2021) we have not received our product. The amount of money that we put as deposit is $700 and the total if invoice is $2500. We tried numerous times to contact the seller in regards to follow up with the order. They either did not answer the calls or refused to give us a decent answer regarding how far the order is or the problem for the long delay. Every time we call the person answering calls ( both in store and customer service), say they have no idea and will investigate and give us a call back within certain time ( promises vary from 10 min to 24 hours). They never did. We even went to follow up in person and the so called "manager" (Anill) said he was not aware of the issue and since its Sunday and he can't access any of their offices, he promised to call us back the next day with answer and compensation.
