 I purchased other things and a couple of boxes of moon cases from Farm Fresh Supermarket on a couple of dates ago, then I would like to return moon cases to them, but strangely the cashier refused to do so.   When the cashier called a man in for this matter, that man advised he was the boss of the Supermarket. I asked him what is his name, but he refused to do so.   ** ** * **** *** *** ************* ******* *** ******** I pointed to him and the Cashiers, that I purchased other things and/or these Moon Cases in this area at your Supermarket, and they can tell NO any sign there as non-returnable or non-refundable. Same as the receipts also did not indicate Moon Case is non-returnable or non-refundable too. They still refused to do so and the boss walked away to his office. When another man came to inquire to me to find out about what happened in this matter. He said he is a manager in this Supermarket. I told him above. He advised that in this circumstance is reasonable for refundable to me, then he went to confirm with the boss about it, *** *** **** ********** **** and then he advised he could not help me with this matter.   I contacted Farm Fresh Supermarket again above the next date and on multiple occasions requested to speak with the management or higher level about this matter. Strangely, they repeatedly disconnected my call, the same as I sent the email to them also without replying to me too.
