Okay so Favorite Landscapes was doing some contract work for me which stalled several times. The issue was the front steps/porch which was a safety issue. I have health care professionals who come to see my parents, meals on wheels who bring their lunch and their doctor and other health care staff that come and check in on them. Plus my parents have not been able to go outside all summer due to the unfinished work. Plus there was a contract conflict. Originally it was a the fix the steps/porch, grass cutting, lawn maintenance and garden care and **** worked to extreme digging up the grass and throwing out the old patio stones without checking with me. .Plus the steps needed to be done ASAP. So my mom is 90 and my dad is 94 and have not been able to go outside all summer as they both are house bound. ** *** *** ** ****** *** *** *** * ***** ******** *** ** *** *** * ****** ** **** ** ***** *** *** ******* ** ********* ** ***** ******* They recently destroyed the bottom step with a jack hammer they did this yesterday. * ***** * ********* **** *** **** ******** ********** ******* *** they took their stuff and left and wanted me to sign another contract which by the way the work started June 13th Plus the second contract I believe they held because all I have is two contracts for grass cutting. I know what I signed and saw it. So they also over charged me and at time asked me to pay in advance to pay his staff and this happened a few times. The work stalled over and over repeatedly at times. I have text messages about promises which never happened. He promised to finish the backyard several times and I had to move stuff yesterday and have pictures and videos of me moving things they left. The destroyed my fence and left a dent and destroyed my first step without me asking. I thought they were going to take off the limestone on top but no they jack hammered the bottom step leaving it a hazard. So I fired them and I had to switch because it has been 2 months.
