      SUNDAY MOVERS WERE TO DELIVER ON A CENTER DATE AND TIME PICKUP FROM MONTREAL & FRIST DROP OFF WHITBY, ON , 4 HOURS LATE AND FURNITURE SERVERERLY DAMAGED AND LOTS OF ITEMS MISSING, 2ND DROP OFF TO SIMCOE THE SAME DAY, BUT THEY BLACKMAILED US THAT THEY WILL NOT DROP OF THE OTHER FURNITURE UNLESS WE PAID AN EXTRA FEE, THE BLACKMAILED US EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PART OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, 3 DAYS LATER AND WE HAD NO CHOICE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL COST, ITEMS AGAIN MISSING AND DAMAGED, I EMAILED CALLED AND EMAILED THE IMMEDIATELY, BUT NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOWUP -- SUNDAY MOVERS ARE ******** & THEY DAMAGED & ****** ALOT OF YOUR FURNITURE!       Sunday Movers came 6 hrs late and I had sold my home therefore I needed to be out that day. They were unprofessional, asked me to go to **** ***** to get tape ? Never covered my floors which left them chipped and damaged! Didn’t wrap my dinning chairs which r also chipped! Sent 2 ***** *** ** ***** men who moved slow, when I needed at least 4. Finally other guys showed up but they were so rough with my items. Move went into the late night , they tried to extend it into the next day and when I disputed the price they of course asked for payment while items were still on the truck! Threaten to hold them hostage! The quoted price was tripled for the most stressful moving day I ever experienced! Management doesn’t call u back ** ******* ***** **** **** ******* **** *** **** * ************

      In early July 2022, Sunday Movers were 3.5 HOURS LATE! It was up to me to contact them to find out where they were and they continuously told me the incorrect arrival time. Elevators were booked at each condo for specific timelines so it was very stressful. Making a customer wait that long unapologetically then charging me the extra 15 minute overage at the end didn't seem right. I requested that the manager contact me the next business day. No response. I wrote a polite and calm email a week later. No response. I finally got a phone call after a month but not from the manager. As of Aug. 23, 2022 the manager has still not replied to my email sent mid July and they have yet to properly speak to me on the phone. Things to BE AWARE of: they charge an extra 3% to use your credit card; they FALSELY ADVERTISE that they offer certain things as part of their service. NO clean blankets used (the blankets left a greasy film on some furniture); not all furniture was wrapped (some wood pieces had dents or scratches on them); movers did not wear uniforms (advertised online), they used an older looking unmarked truck. They should just BE HONEST and COMMUNICATE and not don't give out false information. In the end they hid some costs (the way they did the deposit etc.) so it turned out to be expensive! There's LOTS of room for improvement on their customer service. The movers themselves were nice and did their best with what they seemed to be given to work with. I have never written a review before but this platform gave me a "voice". Thank you.
