We contracted Robert C. through **** ******* **** to fix our porch roof and privately, to rebuild the rear extension. He exuded ********* enthusiasm but turned out to have a ******** attitude toward completing what he had undertaken. He often showed up for a couple of hours, was often short of manpower or tools. He was very engaging but he always had myriad excuses for his absences, delays and poor organizational skills. His work was a bit haphazard and while he eventually almost completed the work we were not favourably impressed. As my wife said "Getting him to work was like pulling teeth." We are currently looking for a roofer for our garage and have told **** ******** that of the 3 bidders, they are not to send CCR Roofing.

Regarding *** ****, Mr. **** did contract Robert C.(CCR Roofing) through The *********** ****. CCR Roofing completed the contract that *** **** and Robert C. had agreed upon. The work was completed and Mr. **** was satisfied with the work that CCR Roofing had done for him. There was no call back k to the *********** **** or Robert C.(CCR Roofing) Mr. **** went out of his way on getting Robert back to do additional work. Robert did not know or remember Mr. **** was a member of the *********** **** at the signing of the contract or while work was being done. Robert realized that the work that was being done was for a member of the *********** ****. Mr. **** was pleased with the work that CCR Roofing had done. Robert was not happy on knowing that Mr. **** went outside of the *********** **** by hiring one of their contractors. (CCR Roofing-Robert C.) Robert was not happy when this was brought up. Mr. **** insisted that Robert do more working his property without going through the *********** ****. Mr. **** said he did not want to pay the *********** **** the percentage that the *********** **** takes from each contract or contract. Mr. **** than called Robert "kid like" for this reason. To this day CCR Roofing has not done the additional work that *** **** was trying to get on a new contract. CCR Roofing(Robert C.) walked away. Robert C. also has pictures of the work that CCR Roofing has done and also pictures of the work that Mr. **** was insisting CCR Roofing would sign a new contract on. ****** ** *** ******* **** *** ***** **** *** *** ******* ** **** ******** ** *** ****** *********** *** ****** ****** *** ******* ****** *** ******* ******** *********** *** ***** ***** **** ** **** * **** ** ************ ** *** **** **** ****. Also the additional work that he wanted CCR Roofing to do was remove existing flagstone, pressure wash it, remove the weeds, re-level the ground, add cheese cloth so weeds would not come back and reinstall existing flagstone. I stand behind my initial statement. I didn't say we were unhappy with the product, just the continual jerking around and repeated delays. A ***** ***** was payment for the rebuild of the rear extension. We spent a considerable sum, about $3,000.00 to prepare the car for full safety, legal transfer of ownership, and delivery--all new tires included but not agreed to in the original deal, plus trailering to his home. We gave him far more than just the car promised. Despite his repeated promises to return the plates, Robert ultimately refused to surrender them, per our agreement and the law. I had to pay for two $50.00 parking tickets Robert incurred because he parked illegally and had not transfer ownership. My wife and I had to visit his home to retrieve the plates. He refused to pay for the tickets, despite saying he would. ******** *** ************** ** ******* *** ********** this is someone whose world in business is meaningless. Oh, and he also pulled down some siding while fixing our porch roof but he didn't return it to its original condition. It still needs to be repaired.
