The charge for xpresspost but just *** *** *** *** send it expedited parcel anyway. They recently put something on their website warning people it doesn't apply to batteries. I have been ordering from canvape for awhile never had a problem, This last time they sent me the wrong pods so I contacted customer service and couldn't believe they wanted me to pay to have them shipped back to them and accused me of lying about getting the wrong pods. Because noone would help me at canvape I contacted the zpod manufacturer and they helped me out right away and sent me a free label to return my pods and sent me the flavor I wanted with a 20% discount on my next order with ******. I order pods every week and will never order from canvape again due to their poor customer service *** ********* * ***** **** * ***** ** * ******Review from J. S.

Whoever is responding to this is ** ***** because the owner has already refunded the money because they do cover cosmetic damages when it is something that it was bought for cosmetic purposes as a bong with a decal on the side of it. Learn how to do your job please.Review from Peter K

I was in a hurry and didn't take the receipt. My bad. Two days later I noticed on my bank statement, that I was charged $58 for two packs of vapes, one cost $ 17. However, when I asked the store owner to quickly check transaction on his terminal he refused *** ******* ***** *********** Same with the "customer service" who hung up the phone on me. * **** ** * ****** ****** At this point I don't care about the overcharged. But I am upset how they conduct business. There is no more client satisfaction, or kind customer service. The store "owner" was ********* telling me to contact BBB. I attempted to return my malfunctioning vape and they would not provide me with a replacement or refund even though it was under the 90 day warranty. Stated it would have to sent for testing to be considered. This was after they tried to say it was over 90 days even though I had the receipt to prove otherwise. I have never experienced such ********** customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word not to purchase from Canvape Barrie. Their mission was to find any excuse not to honour their promise. Totally disgusting customer serviceCanvape Response
