I just read the other comment that was left and the response from the business owner who Ive had multiple interactions with. the owner of ServiceMasters is a known liar. I dont believe his response at all. He treated me and my husband the same way. And said the same thing to my husband we can go somewhere else Very rude. Very angry. Dont go to ServiceMaster with this guy. Hes no good.Review from Sara S

My husband and I have water damage in our ceiling, due to wind - which was already determined by ServiceMasters. We got the assessment report done, which took 4 months for ServiceMasters to send to the insurance company, even after multiple follow-**** The franchisees owner (***) told me to go somewhere else (another company) essentially for asking him when the cost estimate would be sent to my insurance company. He was incredibly unprofessional as a business owner. I do NOT recommend this company. The owner desperately needs customer service training. He should NOT be a reputable companies representative, nor a franchisee. The guys that work for him were very professional. Its the owner that needs to change.

The night before I spent 25 minutes on the phone with Sara when she called the emergency line which is for emergencies only and I have no access to any information. I promised her I would call back the next business day when I have access to the necessary information. The next day I called back left her a message she returned the call several hours later and as promised I was attempting to give her the information I received and she would allow me to say anything but yes or no to her question which was ..the estimate was it sent in. I attempted to communicate the information I received when she got angry called me an ** ***** and gave the phone to her husband who also asked me the same question I attempted to answer then she screamed and swore again in the background while her husband was attempting to communicate in the fore ground, I said swearing not necessary and she just yelled and screamed louder finally grabbing the phone from her husband while continuing to yell an scream then hung up.
