      In September 2023 I phoned Gallery-15, located in Smiths Falls On. and spoke to **** ****, the owner/auctioneer and indicated I had some small items I would like to place on consignment for on-line auction. He said he would auction these for me with a listing charge of $2.00 per item plus 30% of selling price, I agreed. I delivered these items, Lot 1 20 items and Lot 2 11 items; Lot 2 was separate because I wanted to indicate these were probably lower value and they could refuse these if they wanted, all items were boxed and marked with numbered tags and cross referenced to the separate lists. Their receiving representative reviewed the lists and accepted everything on delivery September 17, 2023. As of today, February 1, 2024 all items remain on their premises, not auctioned or listed. I have lost faith in this organization and I want all my items back as delivered to them and feel they should return them at their cost for shipping. They did not return my last call nor email. If you need any documentation I will send, advise email please. Thanks.

      **** has contacted me and I have advised I would like more information on the sale transactions, he sent me a cheque
      and a supposed record of sales which are impossible to verify, asked for more info but has not replied.

      I don't expect anything more from him and will cease all contact.

      Sir/Madame, Due to an excessive delay in shipping of a purchase from Gallery 15 that exceeded any reasonable expectation and was well outside of a normally deemed timeframe as well as shipping the purchase to the wrong address, I am kindly requesting a refund of $20.00 which reflects the amount paid to Gallery 15 for shipping. I have attached a PDF documents that well describes the transactions and communications between myself and Gallery 15 as well as a clear agreement that my purchase woule be shipped to my address here in France. If you require additional information of if you have any questions, I will be happy to oblige accordingly. Thank you for your kind support and understanding.       As You can see this came in as a unpaid.  We do not ship out until the items has been paid for.  Once it was paid for it was shipped to the address provided on the invoice.  After it had been shipped he asked that it be sent to a France address.  The address provided on invoice was *** ******* ******* **** ******** ******* ** *****.  SORRY BUT THIS WAS A HONEST MISTAKE AS IT WAS SHIPPED OUT FROM THE SHIPPING BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE TO SEND TO FRANCE.  Thank You Gallery 15

      I am rejecting this response because it is simply not true.

      Please reference the originally attached PDF which details all of the email transactions between me and the vendor.

      Upon receiving the invoice, my first response was requesting that the purchase be shipped to my address in France to which the vendor agreed. 

       

      I made payment via an etransfer as requested and there subsequent requests made from me asking the vendor as to the amount for shipping.

       

      It was a matter of weeks when I performed another etransfer for $20 because the vendor did nothing to determine a shipping amount and I based it on similar purchases from Canada.

      When I informed the vendor that I had send the funds for shipping as well as providing supplementary information regarding shipment, the vendor only thanked me for the information but it was after another 2 weeks before it was actually sent!

      In summary; I requested shipping to France on 01 February 2022 with the vendor agreeing that same day. The item was sent on 21 March 2022.
