The nature of this case is it is NOT accessible. I have been waiting since March for them to replace a transition piece for the floor so I can roll in the shower. Chose this company to convert tub to rollin shower so I can rollin on a commode. Owner Gord H. claims that he has experience with roll-in shower conversions. I have tried to communicate with Gord, hasn't text me once since I sent him first text March 2nd. Apr 11 I called. He became ***** and hung up. This occurred twice. Coworker Greg claiming he is trying to resolve issue. Hardly any communication. He admitted no experience with accessible bathrooms. Renos Oct 29 to Dec 1st. They left incomplete job ******* *********. Call Gord. He stopped by Dec 1. He asked for the remainder of pmt which I e-transferred next day despite the work not fully completed.. Worker returned following week to finish. Gord stated shower floor could not drop to floor level. He decided to install this transition piece between the shower floor and tiles, This piece started cracking in late February. Transition piece is the support myself on the commode. Combined weight of approx 130 lbs. Piece was not properly installed with no support under it ****** ********** It is completed cracked now and ********* difficult/****** to wheel over. ** ***** have to lift up so I can clear the transition which is ********* unsafe. Gord and coworker Greg are not returning my texts now nor emails. June 13 Greg texted claiming same part was ordered which I suggested in Apr to replace. **** *** ********** **** **** no communication. This is all documented in detail. ***** ******* ********* ** *** *** ** *****
