In November, 2022 I hired this company to renovate my kitchen. The subcontractors began to remove my old cabinets on Nov 8th, 2022 and installed the new cabinets on Nov 9th & 10th (with the exception of a damaged cabinet door and the capping to close off the gap between the top of the cabinets and the bulkhead above). The capping got installed in late June, 2023 and the missing cabinet door got replaced mid-July. On November 11th, 2022 I received an invoice in the amount of $1147.87 for flooring that was being supplied (but not installed) by the Home Improvement Store. On November 14th, 2022 I paid the invoice by etransfer. It is now October 16th, 2023 and I have not received the flooring and have been getting one excuse after another as to the reasons why since May. On September 29th I requested a full refund for the flooring and was told that it would be issued. Now my correspondence goes unanswered.
