Great place to buy a trailer!! Extremely happy with our purchase and the process. Staff and owner were all fantastic. Very pleasant experience
We picked up our ********* ***** in May.
We have owned trailers before so are not new to the game.
We were very impressed with the time spent with us the day we picked it up and how thorough they were.
Also impressed that our sales person Darcy came out to talk with us and wish us safe travels.
Most impressed that the owner John came out and took our picture with our new purchase and he seemed genuinely interested in what our travel plans were. He said if we ever had a problem to call him.
2 months after we picked up our trailer, we went with our best friends to pick up their new trailer in Orillia. The staff spent less than an hour explaining the trailer they bought which is a huge 4 slide 2 bedroom bath and a half fifth wheel. They rushed them out!!! Not polite at all!!!
There were things broken on their new trailer, trim missing, and they failed to install the Awnings on the slides and only advised them of this the night before pickup. The staff was rude to them and we were not impressed...... they should have gone to Niagara Trailer Sales!!!!
We are 100% thrilled with our purchase
