On October 26 2022 we had corner glass come to replace our large front window. They told us the frame was fine and that just the glass needed to be replaced. When they arrived they tried replacing the glass and broke it. Another piece of glass was ordered and when it arrived they came back to replace it. They replaced the glass and we paid for their service. On April 16 I opened my curtains in the living room and the glass is cracked in the exact same place. It has only been 6 months since replacing it last time. I contacted the company and they’re now saying that the “stops” in the frame are old and the entire thing should have been replaced! They never mentioned this initially and this is the reason the glass is cracked again! They have refused to replace the glass under a warranty. We paid almost $900 to this company and they did not do their job. They fixed a temporary problem and now we are left to fix it again!
