I ordered and paid for a sweater on Dec. 16 from Twisted Apparel. The sweater was to be done before Christmas, which was finished on Dec. 23. The sweater was not made as requested, which I didn't know until getting home and she was closing when I was picking it up. The owner, Shaylah, added things to the back that we're not asked for. On Dec. 24 I went in with a friend asking for it to be remade, *** *** **** **** *** **************. She made the comment, "You really want me to remake a sweater because of something added to the back?". I responded with yes as it wasn't made how I had ordered. She said she couldn't do it right then as she was two weeks behind, which I said was fine, to let me know when it would be ready that day and I'd come pick it up. I messaged her at 4:50pm to see if the sweater was done or to let me know when it could be picked up. My message was read with no response. When I've asked her before about my sweater being ready she said "If you haven't received a call then the order is not ready". This was a gift needed for Christmas and I had no response. I had no gift to give my sister on Christmas Day. I messaged again on the 26th asking for a refund as the product was not made in time. Again, my message was read with no response. I tried calling twice and there was no answer. I tried visiting the store twice and it was closed. My partner went in on the 29th and 30th for my refund and she claimed she had no money in the till and couldn't do it over debit, and that the sweater was done but I didn't pick it up. She tried saying my partner was there to intimidate her and became rude with him as well. I messaged again on the 31st, which my message was read shortly after, and again no response. I've driven by to get a refund and she's been closed. All I want is a refund for the sweater that was not made in time as requested, and she's refusing to pay it back. I would be happy to provide more info via phone or email but am limited to character count.
