            My Father (who has dementia) received a phone call from this company and participated in a survey. 1 hour later, a women employee called back and informed him that he had won a $500 credit. I (his daughter) intervened and asked what this was about, the woman informed me that they were on their way to the house to demonstrate their product. Very politely, I declined their service and told her that we were not interested, she said they were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. I politely said she would have to cancel the appointment. She then proceeded to call me a ***** and when I questioned her professionalism, she hung up the phone. **** ********* I called back, she answered and didn’t want to give me the company name and then denied that it was her on the phone previously. **** ******* ********* ***** ** ******* ****** *** ** ***** *** ** ***** ********* ******* **** *** ******** ******* ****** Be careful people, nobody deserves to be treated this way, * *** **** ******* *** **** ****** *** ******* ** **** ******** **** ***** ******* **** *** *******

We definitely don't prey on elderly people and we would never condone profanity from any of our team members. We do not SCAM anyone as we have been in business for many years and have thousands of fully satisfied customers. As a matter of policy we record all of our calls and we will look into this immediately and get back to you with our findings. Once again thank you for bringing this to our attention.
