I contacted MaRobert fuels to move and relocate a pressure valve in the propane tank by August 6 at they assured me that everything would be taken care of August 3 week
I did not hear back from them by August 6 so I called them in the morning and they giving me the runaround saying that they wouldn't be able to do it in time I told them that they had to be done by the Saturday, August 7 because concrete was being poured since they didn't do this it pushed off the poor of my concrete by two weeks cost me extra money and I called them to have the propane tank removed that I had found a new supplier they show I did not hear back from them by August 6 so I called them in the morning and they giving me the runaround saying that they wouldn't be able to do it in time I told them that it had to be done by this Saturday, August 7 because concrete was being poured since they didn't do this it pushed off the poor of my concrete by two weeks cost me extra money and I call them to have the propane tank removed that I had found a new supplier they Never showed up so I called them again they came out hooked up the tank and started to remove dragging across my lawn and they told me that they do not recuperate the propane out of the tank there is 70 to 75% left in the tank so I told them if they cannot recoup and that they can leave the tank there and have it pumped out they still took the tank and billed me for 722.93 since they've taken the tank with the propane after I told him to leave it until I pump it out
They took the tank anyway so that to me is theft of the product
They never told me they couldn't recoup the propane when I called them
Very rude people and poor business to deal with
They wait until prices go up to fill the tank and top it up before it goes down no matter what percentage is left

I'll never go back to them

The customer called August 3rd asking for a service call to move the regulator later that week. We told the customer that there were outstanding funds that were 2 months past due that needed to be paid before we could arrange a service call. Once those funds were received, we would be able to schedule a service call at the beginning of the following week. The customer was upset with that response and made no attempt to pay.

The next time we heard from the customer was not about paying his bill, but about switching suppliers. The customer still has an outstanding balance, that is now 4 months past due. If payment is not received, his account will be sent to collections per his signed agreement.
