I'm seeking help from *** to get refund for services paid and not provided by RHP Training Centre Inc. 1/16, 2023- I register two teams for RHP's spring 2 on 2 hockey league. 3/17- I send message on ******** asking for someone to call me as no one was returning my calls. No response. 3/18- I message on Instagram for someone to call. No response. 3/20- I Inquire about when to expect a schedule. No response. 3/24- I send email to change team name. No response. 4/4- Sent message on ******** asking for an update. No response. 4/6- I email regarding schedule. No response. 4/11- We receive a schedule. Games start a week later than stated on registration. 4/19- We are scheduled to play 2 games per team. The second game gets cancelled for both teams with 20 minutes notice. 4/19- I send an email asking the manager to call me. No response. 4/25- Email from the manager to contact them regarding alternate options due to scheduling conflicts for other teams. 4/25- Games cancelled for the week. New schedule promised May 1, 2023. 4/25- The owner calls to cancel the league and offer alternative options. No decision made during this phone call. 5/1- I text message the owner asking for a refund on behalf of the parents due to services paid and not received. He says this is the first time he hears of this, he'll be in touch. I ask him to clarify, as we had just had a conversation the week prior stating the league would not continue. No response. 5/2- All games cancelled again by manager. "Final direction" promised May 5. 5/5- League officially cancelled. Teams offered alternative services within the facility or a refund. 5/5- I respond 12 of 14 players would like a refund. No response. 5/5- Player responds asking to book alternative services. No response 5/8- Player sends another email again asking for a response. Manager responds to her with the option to book alternative option. 5/8- I send follow up email on refund. Hi, On Aug 18, 2021, I rushed to register my daughter into RHP's program. I immediately called and emailed the owner, ****, to refund the registration as there could be conflict in schedule. He promised to refund me to my credit card. But he never did. Then he never returned my call nor emails (more than 20 messages to him). *** ******** **** ********** ************** ********** ****** *** *** **** **** * * ***** ********** ***** **** *** ****
