      3 weeks , $4K later, a leak in an underground water distribution line still not fixed. They had access. They were paid in full. My tenants are still complaining and wondering why it's taking so long to fix a leak. We agreed to an upfront deposit amount and payment structure. Worked for a while until it didn't. Even thought this worked initially, I paid them in full and I don't owe a dime for anything, the manager *******, suddenly decides to ask for $5K deposits without even giving invoices, without outlining what I am even paying for. Sounds like they are busy or think they are the only game in town.I hope they lose 10s of customers from this. The lack of professionalism and integrity is apparent. Business owner of 10 years myself.

      ******* quoted me nearly ******** to install a new viessmann boiler this may in 2023. Not even Into my first winter and the boiler failed twice leaving error codes and his sediment faucet on the bran new boiler was also leaking which leaked water all over my floor for some time without notice and he tried charging me almost ****** for a service call. (He also tryed blaming me for his leak REDICULOUS) That's number one number two is I needed a thermostat replaced and ******* tryed charging me 700 just for the thermostat replacement and that **** came with a 3 hr charge. My property manager was on site and knows they were only there for an one hr, so essentially ******* tryed charging me a total of ****** for a thermostat replacement and his defaulted faucet. He's lucky my basement did not flood out. Number 3 issue is ******* charged me ***** for a new boiler and the 2nd time the boiler shut off in the cold and left my property with no heat I had to call another reputable company and they diagnosed the issue and that was greater sudbury plumbing did not add any venting to the new boiler and the system was starving for air and the new company quoted me another ******* to install venting and repair the exhaust vent gsp installed. I gave ******* the opportunity to go finish his job and his awnser was I did not pay the full payment of ****** so he will not return to my property( I gave him ****** and said have a good day ) This is after ******* made approximately $30,000 off me from 3 separate jobs. This is how the rich get richer and that's by ripping people off. If ever you compare pricing and a company says I'll do it cheaper there is always a reason why they will do it cheaper and that's because they cut corners. Never again will I call GSP , some of there staff is not friendly aswell. I'll be seeing ******* in court to try and compensate for the new bill I got for finishing off there venting so my new boiler does not blow up. Thanks *******

      Dishonest plumber, and poor customer service to follow, unfortunately. I was quoted a fee in advance, but when they left my home I was billed for transportation to and fro, 45 minutes, at $130.00 an hour. I asked for all fees when I booked, but this information was not provided. The plumber did nothing while in my home, just talk. he took a lot to time to take things apart, and then explain and announce the parts I had purchased were incorrect. This should have been organized prior to their arrival, but they let it be. They were asked at booking time to check sump pump for example ": I wish I had a garden hose in the truck, as I could start the sump pump", the plumber said, after 15 minutes of pouring water down it with a small bucket, which was not useful. In sum, the visit was unprepared by the company. The plumber left all he touched undone-water off, grill down, hose off, toilet tank off. He broke unnecessarily the seal on an outdoor tap which he did not fix, and " fixed" a bathroom leak, but now water is leaking at the bottom of the tap itself. The rest was giving an estimate for an install, which apparently they give free estimates; just not for me. I was told that would have had to be booked on a different day. So, I told at booking that I required an estimate, why was it not arranged? All this for $243.00 approx, and 1 hour and 4 minutes in my house. The time was stretched to the *** in order to **** me to the *** that day. The forward plan was a revisit to do the work with the proper items, and to do a large install but the company, after rebooking an appointment with me, and stating they would check with the owner to forward some of the large fee wasted to the next visit, cancelled the job., "We don't do residential anymore, we are phasing out to just commercial" the guy lied to me. Bad business, under handed tactics which result in a dishonest business, essentially, it cost $150.00 for the plumber to walk through the door. Nauseating behaviour.
