I purchased an air exchanger, fireplace, furnace and an air conditioner from the company all less than a year ago Recently my air exchanger had a circuit board that fried due to a manufacturer issue with the board itself. I have tried to deal with One source multiple times, and it has not been helpful. I contacted their suppliers as well as the manufacture of the air exchanger.After days on the phone, I have received multiple conclusions that I will not be looking at a circuit board for the air exchanger until October 2022 at the latest. That simply does not work for my family and I. There is a few breathing issues that the air exchanger helps with, and without it my 1 year old has a very hard time sleeping and this has been affecting her in a very negative way. I would simply contact another HVAC company within ******* and get them to install another air exchanger. However, as a young family we simply do not have that money to discard a second time, especially through these difficult times after a global pandemic. The unit is less than a year old. We can simply not wait until October for a possible remedy. When you make a big investment such as a piece of equipment like an air exchanger, you are under the assumption that if anything goes wrong with it that the company will take care of you and find you a reasonable solution. However going 4 months without an essential piece of equipment that we have spent our savings on is not a reasonable solution.I have even received a response from a manger that says the customer always loses. It looks like I will be contacting companies in the greater sudbury area in order to find a remedy. Stay Clear.
