Very poorly run. I booked using the filter for a BLS CPR/ first aid. Unfortunately when I booked it changed it to standard first aid and CPR level c. I attempted to call the office but couldn't get a hold of anybody after waiting on hold for a half hour. I attended the session and spoke to the instructor explaining the situation. They said that's not a problem. They said that we would cover the material necessary for the BLS CPR. At the end of the course I was told I would receive my BLS certificate by email at a later date. The one I received was level CPRC and when I reached out they told me too bad nothing they can do about it. In addition to this, attempting to call the offices and nightmare and trying to follow up on anything. They clearly don't care about their customers and are just looking to pump out as many students as possible to make as much money as possible.Review from Qais A

Hello,
This is my first time training with the organization , I am very disappointed of the service provided to me as I registered the last month for standard aid and first aid certification online and in-person training. unfortunately, I had not been told that I should be getting my online training before in-person training so I though my online training is after in-person which is obvious since they provided me a late access to the online training; which was before the in-person training in a couple of days that makes no sense of the material provided, therefore I had to reschedule my in-person as they made me pay an additional 30 $ which I did go to the appointment at time but this was the wrong location provided
they asked me to pay the registration again including in-person and online 120 as i did before as long I received my online certification tell me does it make sense to pay again for also online training ASAP or just because you want to take money and not giving me not even a single service that was told this has only a one definition the ************** work and service to customers
I want to take my right of completing my in-person training as I provided you the amount of money needed and you had not gave me the full service needed

Thank you so much for your review, Qais. We value our customer's feedback. We have taken a look at the notes regarding your file and it seems like you have registered yourself online for your training. Once you register, you are sent a confirmation email which states the location of your training, however, you went to the wrong location and arrived about 30 minutes late which is why you were unable to attend on the date you registered for. Based on our company policy, which is stated during registration, if you are late for your training by more than 20 minutes, you will not be able to attend your course and you will need to re-register.
Regarding the online portion of your course, it is stated during registration and in your confirmation email that this must be completed prior to your in-class date. The online portion was assigned you to one day after you registered.
If there's anything else we can assist you with, please contact our office. We would be happy to accommodate you for a new training to the best of our ability. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. We strive to improve our customer's experience.
