Over the years, he has contacted me on a regular basis and given me updates on changes on their end and has asked if there was anything new with me and my situation.
In November 2021, I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist and was deemed disabled for 3 months. After the initial paperwork was completed, my claims was processed promptly and I had piece of mind that things can return to normal and the finances were taken care of.
Right from the date of the accident, Dan was on top of my claim. He was constantly checking in with me as to how I was doing and giving me updates on the process.
