I BOUGHT MY ELECTRIC KETTLE SAMOVAR ON NOV 29TH 2021 ON ********* FROM THE ACTUAL SELLER BARITON INC (SHIPPED AND SOLD BY BARITON INC) AFTER 2 MONTHS THE PROBLEM STARTED TO HAPPENED THE LIGHT TURNS ON BUT IT DOES NOT BOIL WATER SO I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT MY PROBLEM SO THEY CALLED ME DIRECTLY ON MY PHONE TO TELL ME THEY WILL SEND ME A A LOGIC BOARD TO REPLACE IT BY MYSELF SO I RECEIVED AND REPLACE IT AND STILL DOESN'T WORK I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN WAITED ANOTHER MONTH FOR MY REPLACEMENT KETTLE HE SEND ME A RETURN LABEL FOR MY SAMOVAR AND REPLACE IT FOR ME AND AGAIN MISSING THE CAP AND THE POWER CABLE AGAIN WAITED ANOTHER 2 TO 3 WEEKS SO HE SENDS ME THE MISSING ACCESSORIES AND AGAIN AFTER ANOTHER 2 MONTHS SAME PROBLEM HAPPENS WITH THE KETTLE SAMOVAR AND NOW HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT "UNFORTUNATLY WE CANNOT PROVIDE MORE SUPPORT TO IMPROPER USE READ THE MANUAL" & NOT ONLY THAT HE ALSO SAID TO ME THAT HE SPEND FOR TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM "220$ 4X DIFFERENT TIMES" IT DOES NOT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO BOIL WATER HE DOES NOT WANT TO ADMIT HIS PRODUCT HAS AN ISSUE ALWAYS BLAMING ME AND HE KNOWS I STILL HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY WITH BARITON INC BUT HE DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT ANYMORE AND I STILL DIDN'T GET A REPLY BACK FROM THEM SINCE MAY 5TH AND ON MAY 9TH I CHATTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THERE WEBSITE AT THE BOTTOM CORNER RIGHT OF THE WEBSITE PAGE WITH A AGENT I ASK THEM THAT I WANT TO TALK PERSONALLY ON THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT AT ****@*******.CA AND THE OWNER NAME IS MR MATT G. AND UPON VERIFIYING ON ****** THERE IS NO SUCH OWNER NAME UNDER MATT G. FOR BARITON INC COMPANY AND I STILL NEVER GOT A REPLY BACK FROM THEM TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM
