      *** ***** * ***** **** **** ********* ** **** ** ** *** ****** ******** ***** The couch I ordered over two months ago, and paid for at that time too was suppose to be be here almost a month ago, when I do call they say oh wait the couch is in our warehouse- cool, will deliver it to me after I pay over $200 delivery fee…however two weeks later the couch comes however is missing the most expensive part of the sectional and the pillows, I call and say her where’s the other piece of the couch- they say oh because you ordered it on line- there’s always mistakes, I say ok fix it then, they say ok we looked into it and found the other part of the sectional, will deliver it to you in two weeks - which was today Dec 23rd ********** * **** ** ***** ******* *** **** ** ****** I get notified through two emails stating it’s on its way and to match the tracking of the van to see when it will arrive, then sent another email to me saying 3:30 it should be delivered- I take the afternoon off ***** ** ****** and wait…and wait…I can’t track the vehicle as it says it’s not working…so I wait…I finally call Dryden Dufresne at 5- where’s my large piece of the sectional? Girl puts me through to Jeff….? Jeff says oh hey I have been in the warehouse looking for that order for two nights and I can’t find that piece. I said funny as I received two emails saying it was there and was being delivered today for like 3:30- hrs says that’s odd…I said yah it sure is as I paid over 200 bucks for it to be delivered over two weeks ago and here I am with a half sectional, and major company coming for Christmas!!!!***** *** ** ****** ***** ** ******* The guys says he’s sorry , doesn’t help me Now does it…he says he will be putting in a ticket (over two hours ago) I say then what? He shares that I will get a phone call within two hours. I say what if I don’t get the call in two hours??? He says call me back. I call him back as I have no call from anyone and it’s been over two hours. Now what?50% $ back now

      I spent approximately $1800.00 to purchase a mattress and support and cover from Dufresne Thunder Bay. I was told that it would arrive a few days before the end of June (approx a month after the purchase). It did not arrive and I then told that my purchased items would be there, for pick up, on July 2.

      I called on July 4 and nothing was there. I asked to speak to the manager (not the service manager). On July 5 the service manager called me to tell me that she could not say when I would get what I paid immediately for, suggesting that I might get the mattress, support and foam cover on July 14. At least two different stories, or excuses, were offered during my calls.

      There was exactly what I wanted, sitting on their display floor, but I was told that I could not have it because it was against company policy. I was not told, at the time of purchase, that they might not be able to get the items that I had purchased and paid for. I am sure, based on the responses that Dufresne has made regarding other complaints, that this problem will, somehow, become my fault.

      I will seek a full refund on July 14, the next date suggested, not promised, that I might get what I paid for. Based on this experience, I will do what I can to tell others of the poor treatment and service that this provider has offered. The service manager seemed annoyed that I felt that way. *************************************************************** ********************************************** I am sorry that I feel that way ********************************************

      Regarding Randy ***'s concern we do apologize for the delay but as a retail company we are at the mercy of the manufacture to supply their products to us. In this time of considerable delays in all areas of the retail sector we can only estimate arrival times of products and keep our customers informed of any delays.
      We have offered Mr *** to reselect, wait for the product he ordered to arrive or receive a full refund.

      We ordered a stove TV stand and a microwave . When the TV stand was delivered the driver was putting it together and had to move a lamp that was on the floor and broke it. They denied the incident happened . The service was over all not good and we will not shop there again. The gas stove was to have been delivered 2 weeks ago and they said at two different times it will not be available for some time . The microwave was delivered and they charged us 200.00 instead of 99.00. We are not impressed with this company.
