      False advertising I called about a online advertisement for a 2023 cfmoto uforce 1000 xl regular price was $21999 discount price $17899 with payments as low as $53.10 weekly $0 downpayment but Oliveira equipment wouldn't honor their advertised price. Oliveira equipment wanted to add extra fees when I said I'll take it for $53.10 weekly $0 downpayment .after my call they changed the online advertisements . I really think Oliveira equipment should honor what they advertise?

      Do you really think Oliveira Equipment is really taking anything serious when they are still misleading the customers .The only advertisement that changed after my conversation with the salesperson was the advertisement that I was interested in buying .They aren't investigating nothing? Just changed one ad that I pointed out? Most of advertisement on their website is misleading to the customer..

      We both know you are misleading the customer ..The prices and payment plans you advertise can't be done unless adding extra fees....Most.. if not everything on the website is like this ..I just sent a couple screen shots from the site just to show you what I'm talking about ...Can you tell me how you come up with these payment plans with $0 downpayment? Without adding extra fees ? You can't ...and Oliveira Equipment website is full of these advertisement?

      I purchase a compact tractor with forks bucket and a 60 inch deck paid my brother-in-law $100 to go pick it up for me. I had to wait 30 minutes for paperwork to come in. Drove an hour and some thing to get it then to be told that paperwork was not ready, so I waited loaded it up. Got home noticed the bolts were not done properly they were broken and dipstick did not show any oil on it. I contacted *** they came and picked it up after the whole fact of at the bleeder s**** broke then after that it was there for a whole week. They picked it up again after I only had it for like six days not even it stopped running , but when the guy delivered it the first time he left it outside of my driveway at the end on top of it the second time there was no communication for him to come pick it up. They said that they did, but they didnt because he threw a hissy fit in my yard that it wouldnt start , he loaded it up and then they had it for a week and *** finally got a hold of him to ask what was going on I told him I didnt want any more. The owners told me that there was 15 hours on it theres blue paint on it everything else not true because I dont own anything blue I called the old telling them like my loan place telling them that I dont want to be out all this money it is effective April twice with it not even a month so I asked for my $500 back and once I get that the forks and bucket can go back now they are saying that theyre going to start charging me money for delivery and picking up when I never asked them to. I said I wanted my money. I talked to ***** in the finance thing. She told me know that she would hold on a second on the phone and she hung up the phone on me Im not impressed at all with this company. They have been fighting with me since the day I got it I even in that month I still havent even got my deck my 60 inch deck for it so I return the whole tractor Im done I just want my $500 back and then they can get their forks and bucket. Im not being walked over and I need this to be resolved. And set me back on a lot of work to be done

      ********************* purchase the tractor from us June 5, 2023. She financed all the equipment. On or around June 16 ************************ for service for the injector pump. We were able to get warranty to cover this repair, valued over $1,000. Mower deck was installed on July 4th 2023. Tractor is operating as it should. We attempted to work with ****** on possibly buying back the tractor and equipment, but unfortunately after being hung up on, we were not able to come to an agreement. Due to all the recent complications with ******, we are no longer interested in purchasing back the equipment. ****** currently has the bucket and implements at her house and the tractor is at our shop waiting for her to pick up or to schedule a time for us to drop it back off.

      There is no refund option, therefore I feel this complaint is resolved.

      On April 22 2019 I purchased a ******** tractor $18,030.00 from ******** Equipment in Tilbury. The tractor was only a month old with 7 hrs on it ( barely used , garden purpose) when the manufactures defective battery Expolded. Battery acid was everywhere! ******** Equipment had other tractors still on their lot also do the same thing. (they told me). They took my tractor back and said they would clean it and even replaced the grill that the acid had eaten thru, ASSURING me that they cleaned it all up! April 1 2023 I called ******** to let them know after taking my tractor out of the garage to wash the dust off after sitting all winter ..the PAINT started coming off with a simple garden hose! You can tell just by looking at it that the paint is bubbling and the metal under the paint is even being eaten away! which means they never properly removed the battery acid ! ( I have pictures of the first battery explosive damage as well as now ) I have called and left messages for *** ******** (Owner /President ) who sold me the tractor as well as a large riding mower... to please call me ...NO RESPONSE ! My tractor is now 4 yrs old but only has 50 hrs on it (hardly used) It sits in a protective garage with my Mustang. NOTHING near it to damage in any way! it is clear from looking at it that its the result of the battery acid ! I'm more worried about the components that I can not see ? if they are damaged as well ? I bought this tractor after my husband passed away so I could clear snow from my 475 ' lane way ( County home). It has not been used for heavy labor. (small tractor) I am sick that a brand new , hardly used tractor is going to rot from battery acid ! Something that is not my fault ! they should have given me a new tractor when this happen ! but I trusted them to clean it up and be ok. The fact that they wont even return my phone calls is unacceptable ! The tractor has a 10 year warranty PLEASE HELP ! Thank you

      That has already has already been resolved. Communication was going back and forth and on May 24, the customer confirmed that there was no battery acid related damaged and that there was no fault to us. I have attached a screen shot of the conversation.

      Last week I called to order a Auger for a skid steer. They had one we wanted and put a deposit on the unit to hold. We told them we would pick up on Wednesday or Thursday this week. I showed Wednesday to pick up the auger. 2 hour drive from London The salesmen that sold me the auger was not in that day so it took them a while to find the paperwork. After finding paperwork they proceeded to tell me they had a hard time finding the Auger. 1.5 hours later they said they found the auger and I could proceed to back of building to pick up. I wanted to see the unti before paying for it so I was allowed in the back to take a look. After being satisfied I went to counter to pay remaining balance. Before the young gentlemen could finish transaction the phone rang. On the line was the owner of the company that told his employee that he couldn't sell the auger to me because he needed it for his own project at home. I expressed my unhappiness as I drove 2 hours to get it and waited a hour and a half and had a deposit on the unit. I had mentioned that gas isn't cheap and I should be reimbursed. The manager told me i will be getting nothing and I am SOL. I told the lady from the office that I want my deposit back. ( I still have not received my deposit back of $500. Once I drove back 2 hours home I decided to leave a negative review on ******. The salesmen who originally took my order called me shortly after the review explaining that everything was his fault. He after told me that the owner never took the unit off the inventory so he had no idea it was not for sale or that the owner wanted it for his own project. I told him it was not his fault then and was the owners. He was getting yelled at by owner to set it straight with me while driving home from Toronto ******* *** ***** **** *** ***** ******** He again called me later to tell me they would sell me the unit if I removed review and signed a NDA. I did not remove and they posted negative review on my business page.

      Mr. Cooper was issued a full refund back on his VISA on July 7th 2022. I have the merchant copy of the transaction but I am not sure how to upload it on here. There was a miscommunication and we tried to resolve the matter, but Mr. Cooper was very difficult to deal with including yelling and threatening our staff. Unfortunately this sales was not able to proceed and we issued Mr. Cooper his full refund.

      I PURCHASE ATV BILL OF SALE WAS 10,208.42 WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP ATV I THOUGHT THATS WHAT I WAS PAYING THEY CHARGED ME 439.57 CENT TO DO PAPER WORK BECAUSE I FINANCED IT I COULD HAVE WENT TO MY OWN BANK AND NOT GOT CHARGED ....THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A BANK CHARGE ,,SO I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID THEY DON T DO THAT....THEY ONLY CHARGE ON LOAN..INTEREST ALSO THEY CHARGED ME 60 DOLLARS FOR GAS AND IT ONLY HOLDS 16.5 LITRE....SO IT SHOULD BE NO MORE THEN 25. DOLLARS THEY JUST SEEM TO HAVE EXTRA CHARGES .....NOT HAPPY I COULD HAVE GOT THEM THE MONEY IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT EXTRA FEES... THE INVOICE THEY GAVE ME SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO THE BANK FORMS. THE BANK FORMS ARE FOR 10,768.24 WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY TOLD ME THATS AN IN HOUSE CHARGE FOR THE LADY DOING PAPER WORK....

There are standard administration fees that are charged on all financed deals. These should have been explained during the finance process but seem like there was a miss communication.
