    Mid Aug"23 purchase washer within minutes of install called store due to loud noise as washer is agitating Their repairman came 4 days later due to their booking schedule he told me that the inside of washer needed to be replaced I said I wanted whole new washer sent and was informed GE would contact me for date of new washer. 1 month later new washer showed up at my doorstep without a phone call I accepted I set up again and same loud noisy squeaking agitation I called to store for repairman to come again next day he came never looked at anything but informed me this is how the washer sounds which he was contradictory for first time he came.I contacted store again trying to resolve send back washer they would take it back but I would have to be deducted 25% and was told cost of 100 to have them take back I said no I will return and is there anything else that could be done I needed to think about the fact I am losing out on 25% was informed there was a couple of other washers I could look at but of course with added money I would think about that *** the owner had also suggested I try to sell to a farmer for his workers due to the noise of the machine During all of this time with my communication I would have to leave messages and wait 1 to 2 weeks for a response At the beginning of January *** the owner told me he would talk to his GE rep and wait for his call. I had to call him 1 week later which he informed me he escalated it to GE and wait for them to call me Their booking was 8 hour days to wait for the serviceman to come. I couldn't see them until this week on 13th Feb. Today Feb 15th I returned the washer to the store and *** the owner called me to say that he was not giving me my refund until he got the okay from GE. At one point *** told me on the phone that if that they said it is defective that he would be reimbursed for the pickup of the washer back to his store. Today I have not been refunded any of my money. I want refund minus the 25% as he quoted
