On approximately January 4th, 2022 I went to signature Auto Sales and purchased two vehicles. a 2014 Chevy Cruz for which i paid $5000 cash and a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox that i financed through the business. I have not been able to drive the Cruz for all but a week since i had it, and i reached out to the sales person in February to advise of the issues with the vehicle and there was no resolution provided. When i purchased the Equinox, I was told there were no issues with it. After i got the vehicle, the gas light did not go on and i still had gas and i stopped dead in the road (with my children in the car) i walked to a gas station and resolved the issue. I chalked it up to me not noticing that i was out of gas. This has continued to happen at different points, sometimes i have an eighth of a tank of gas, sometimes a quarter, I never know when it will happen. In the middle of February, while I was on the 400 series highway, a part of the vehicle literally flew off (the plastic that covers the wheel well) and i later noticed that some of the seals are missing on the doors. The final straw was in the beginning of April, the car stopped in the middle of the highway on the way to work and the engine light went on. When i turn, the entire vehicle vibrates. I had enough. I restarted the car and drove to Signature and told the sales person and manager that i wanted a different vehicle. they looked at the code and i was told its a recall on the fuel pump. I have been trying to get a new vehicle since, even bringing in the cruz to trade in along with my Equinox which they are telling me now has negative equity! (i did a Down payment of $3000 on it and have not missed any payments) not only that, they said my cruz is worth nothing as it needs a new transmission! I live in the bush and have children and need a reliable vehicle and they are continuously telling me they have one and then for whatever reason, they wont put a deal through.
